Wogan Solutions was founded on a straightforward belief: the people who understand EMS operations best are the ones who've lived them.
Ken Wogan built this company after more than 15 years on the front lines as a paramedic and EMS leader, combining direct field experience with formal training in healthcare business strategy.
That combination of clinical knowledge and business acumen is what makes my consulting different. I don't approach EMS agencies as an outside observer. I understand the operational realities — the staffing challenges, the compliance burden, the revenue pressures — because I've worked through them firsthand.
